Our Return Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! So if you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know! We will refund your order; or send you a replacement at no charge. All returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days from the date you received your item. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping the items back to Kind Words Count. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. No returns will be accepted on sale items as they are final sale. If you request an exchange, you will receive your item within 1-2 weeks from the date in which your return has been received. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

How to Return:

  1. Email keri@kindwordscount.net and notify us of your return. Put “Online Return” in the subject line of the email. Please include your order number, your name, phone number, and the reason for your return. 

  2. Mail your package to Kind Words Count, 408 Moraga Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94611. Please include your order number, your name, and phone number in the package.

  3. For returns: once we have received your order, we will issue you a refund to the card you used for the original purchase once we have received your return. We will refund you the amount of the items minus the cost of shipping. 

  4. For exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you request an exchange, you will receive your item within 1-2 weeks from the date in which your return has been received.
